Phan Thị Quỳnh Trang
Founder / President
Phan Thi Quynh Trang is a Canada-based education leader, honored as one of the 'Top 10 Outstanding Vietnamese Intellectuals 2025.' As Deputy Secretary General of the Global Vietnamese Language and Cultural Heritage Network, she specializes in cultural diplomacy and strategic partnerships between Canada and Vietnam.

Chief Global Engagement Officer
Nga is a global engagement leader and educator dedicated to empowering individuals through education and cultural exchange. Her work focuses on fostering impactful international collaboration and strengthening global learning communities.

Our Youth Team
The VYRH Youth Team is a premier network of young leaders and cultural diplomats under the Canada-Vietnam Cultural & Educational Council (CVCEC). Our mission is to empower the next generation of Vietnamese-Canadians to succeed as global citizens while remaining deeply anchored in their heritage.
With core members serving as representatives on Federal Youth Councils, our team bridges the gap between community-led initiatives and national policy. From leading Vietnamese language preservation projects to organizing high-impact cultural exhibitions, our leaders—spanning across major Canadian chapters—are committed to building a legacy of integrity, leadership, and international collaboration.
