The Canada Vietnam Cultural & Educational Council (CVCEC) was founded by education graduates with a passion for teaching, cultural preservation, and cross-border collaboration. With over a decade of experience, we partner with the Vietnamese Embassy, the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism, and the Canadian Embassy to foster understanding and growth.
Our leadership team unites expertise in education, linguistics, and global citizenship, creating a platform that empowers and connects Canada and Vietnam for a brighter future.

Trang Phan
Founder
Recognized in 2024 as one of the leading women in educational empowerment, Trang currently serves as the Education Manager of the Canada-Vietnam Trade Council. With extensive experience in community engagement and international collaboration, she has played a pivotal role in fostering partnerships and advancing cultural and educational initiatives between nations.
Nga Nguyen
Chief Global Engagement Officer
A global citizen and respected lecturer, Nga is dedicated to empowering individuals through education and cultural exchange. Her commitment to global learning continues to inspire impactful cross-border collaborations.
Ha Ngo
Chief Global Learning Officer
As a Doctorof Education (Ed.D), Ha brings academic rigor. and a passion for preserving cultural identity through language education and research. Her expertise enriches the council’s initiatives in bridging cultural understanding through education.

The Canada-Vietnam Cultural & Educational Council (CVCEC) was born from the passion of educators who had spent years creating impactful projects for students and teachers worldwide. With a deep belief in the power of education and culture to transform lives, our founders dedicated themselves to fostering opportunities that connected communities across borders.
Today, CVCEC continues to grow as a vibrant network of schools, universities, government agencies, and organizations committed to cultural exchange, educational innovation, and community empowerment.
