Connecting Culture – Leadership – Global Identity

The Vietnam Youth Heritage Ambassador Program is an international cultural diplomacy and educational exchange initiative developed by the Canada Vietnam Cultural & Educational Council (CVCEC)—a federally incorporated non-profit organization registered with ISED Canada.

Designed for ambitious youth, this immersive summer leadership journey empowers participants to strengthen their global readiness, refine English communication skills, and proudly showcase Vietnamese cultural heritage in an international academic setting.

The Heritage Showcase Project: Delegates develop and present English-language creative projects highlighting Vietnamese traditions, regional identity, and modern innovation (featuring collaborative pilot models like the youth heritage initiatives from Hung Vuong School, Phu Tho Province).

Global Competence & Communication

Develop fluency in practical English communication, intercultural debate, and public speaking through interactive group projects.

Youth Leadership & Cultural Ambassadorship

Equip participants with leadership tools and self-confidence to represent Vietnamese youth perspectives on a global platform.

Bilateral People-to-People Connections

Promote cross-cultural dialogue and strengthen lasting friendships between Canadian and Vietnamese youth communities.

Accredited Recognition & Portfolio Building

Graduates receive an official Certificate of Completion and Cultural Exchange Recognition issued by CVCEC, along with a documented heritage project portfolio for future academic pursuits.
